Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to Hair Enve, our staff and our waiting clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling/rescheduling your appointment.
We understand that sometimes things come up and illnesses and emergencies happen – we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Failure to do so mayresult in a cancellation fee.
Lateness Policy
If you are running late for yourappointment, we ask that youcall the salon. Arriving late mayresult in an adjustment to yourservice. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may require yourappointment to be rescheduled.
When an appointment is missed or cancelled without enough notice, your stylist has lost the opportunity to earn income for that time. Guests on our waiting list may have also missed out.

Refund Policy
Our number one goal is for every client to leave loving their hair! We strive to provide a thorough consultation, discuss hair plans and recommend product. You are making an investment inyour hair and to protect your newcolour, you will need to invest inprofessional products for yourhome care.
We do not offer refunds on workcompleted, but if you are not feeling 100%, we would be happyto make adjustments. We are not copy machines andwe will always try to get yourhair as close to your inspirationphotos as we possibly can.
