When an appointment is missed or cancelled without enough notice, your stylist has lost the opportunity to earn income for that time. Guests on our waiting list may have also missed out.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to Hair Enve, our staff and our waiting clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling / rescheduling your appointment.

We understand that sometimes things come up and illnesses and emergencies happen – we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Lateness Policy

If you are running late for yourappointment, we ask that you call the salon. Arriving late may result in an adjustment to your service. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Our number one goal is for every  client to leave loving their hair! We strive to provide a thorough consultation, discuss hair plans and recommend product. You are making an investment in your hair and to protect your new colour, you will need to invest in professional products for your home care.

We do not offer refunds on workcompleted, but if you are not feeling 100%, we would be happy to make adjustments. We are not copy machines and we will always try to get your hair as close to your inspiration photos as we possibly can.
